It features an RTU formula that can be applied directly onto the vehicle surface. This makes pre-wash quick and easy. The main technology used is DryShield™, a temporary barrier that slows evaporation and extends the activity of the surfactants. When the cleaning action is not obvious, Initio does not stop working; it just gets dormant and resumes action when it comes into contact with rinse water.
This renders Initio especially effective against difficult-to-remove contaminants like insect and bee droppings, plant sap and resins, smog, dry road dirt, fuel and oil residues. This can be particularly useful in the UAE climate, where the heat and intense sunlight can speed up the drying process while the car exterior is washed.
Initio can be used on exterior surfaces like paint, plastics, seals, glass, wheels and aluminum. It can also be used with coatings, waxes, and sealants; the pre-wash can be applied to existing protection without being detrimental to it.
