1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation message and tracking number after dispatch.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Delivery within 1–7 business days across Dubai & the UAE.
  • Free on eligible orders.

Express / Next-Day Delivery

  • Available at an extra cost depending on order size & location.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM may qualify for next-day delivery.

In-Store Collection

  • Pickup available from our UAE store locations.
  • Orders ready for pickup within 1–7 business days after confirmation.

3. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major emirates:

  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain

Remote areas may take additional time. If special arrangements are required, our team will contact you.

4. Packaging & Presentation

  • All orders are shipped in secure, protective packaging.
  • Heavy or oversized items may use alternative packaging.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery: Free on most orders.
  • Express/Next-Day: Fees vary by order size, weight, and delivery area.
  • International Orders: Customs duties & taxes (if any) are payable by the customer.

6. Track Your Order

  • A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • You can check real-time delivery status anytime.
  • Our customer support team is available for assistance with any delays.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items can be returned within 14 days in unused, original “Brand New” condition.
  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Some items (like consumables or non-returnable products) may not be eligible — check product details.

8. Payment Methods

  • PayPal (fast & secure checkout).
  • Saved cards option for faster checkout.
  • Payment is captured only after order dispatch.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours with photos/videos.
  • For lost packages, we coordinate with courier partners and arrange a replacement if required.
  • Delivery delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen conditions are beyond our control.
